Mini Football |
Mini football is meant as a fun introduction to football for all kids between 5 and 7 years of age. Mini football is non-competitive and is a first step for our youngest players.
All games are played at Morland Fox Park, and last for 30 minutes (15 minutes each way) and start at 8.30 prompt, for grades 5, 6 and 7.
Mini soccer players need the following gear:
Blue shorts
Blue socks with white tops
Shin guards
Sand shoes/trainers (Grade 5/6)
Football boots (Grade 7)
Blue Rovers provide the playing shirt.
Here is the feild layout for mini football. You will notice that game are played across junior football pitches so when laying out your teams goals use the fields sidelines as your baselines. You can download a printable map here
